Service Agreement

By requesting service from San Mateo HVAC Masters, you agree to these terms. We provide HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential properties in the Bay Area.

Service Appointments

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled appointment windows. Service times may vary based on traffic, prior appointments, and complexity of work.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates after diagnostic assessment. Estimates include expected costs for parts and labor. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at time of service.

Warranty

Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Labor warranties vary by service type. Specific warranty terms will be provided at time of service.

Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by others, or issues beyond our control.
